Our homes are very sturdy and strong. Built on cold-rolled steel frames and corner posts, they are as strong as an oversea shipping container. We also insert panels and bolt them to perimeter beams to achieve the final desired floor plan. Modular homes are built with high quality and durable materials to last a lifetime.
Our Features:
Steel structure chassis with high strength cement fiber panels and PVC tiles for floors to ensure structural strength and durability.
50mm exterior wall comprised of PU panel sandwiched between 26 gauge powdered coated steel sheet
Painted for strength, insulation, sound-deadening, mold, termite and fire resistance
Wall panels available in various finishes (we have been using steel sheet because it is durable)
Fully tiled baths or traditional showers & toilets
Plug-n-play electrical wiring & plumbing fixture stubs for easy utility connections
Durable wall and flooring materials that are easy to clean and maintain
